BOOKING PROCEDURE
You can book online by using the relevant booking buttons on this page. If there are places left on the class you will be taken to a page with the master class booking details, please check these are correct and click the google CHECKOUT BUTTON. Follow instruction to pay via Google Checkout.
When you have made a reservation or booking online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your place/booking on the course requested, giving you exact details for your class.

BOOKING BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL
If you don't wish to use the automatic online booking system to reserve and pay for your place on any of Bruce's master classes, courses or workshops, please send an email or telephone on +44(0) 151 476 0432 or +44(0) 7904 485253, with the type of course plus the dates that you require and your address and contact number.
I will give you instructions how to pay by credit or debit card using my secure online payment system or by posting a cheque. Please call me for the address details, due to security; I don't publish address details on this web site.
When you have made a booking you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your place on the course requested.
Terms of bookingIf the any course date is changed due to insufficient number of bookings, I will offer you an alternative date. If this is not satisfactory to you; I will refund your payment in full.
If you cancel your booking after your confirmation 6 weeks or more, before the workshop start date, I will refund your deposit in full.
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the workshop start date I will refund 50% of your payment.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the workshop start date there will be no refund.
If payment in full is not received 6 weeks prior to the workshop start date, your booking will be cancelled, there will be no payment to refund.
The above terms are due to the great expense involved in setting up and operating these Workshops and Master Classes. I hope you understand. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
